The 2024 Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA) red carpet took place during the weekend with a lot of diverse reactions from Ghanaians.

Most Ghanaians have reacted to some outfits worn by celebrities on the red carpets.

Some Ghanaians have expressed dissatisfaction with their superstars’ outfit selections for the red carpet of the just-ended 25th Telecel Ghana Music Awards on June 1, 2024.

Some fashionistas have called this year’s red carpet an embarrassment for Ghana’s fashion sector, which includes great designers such as Sima Brew, Kennedy Tetteh, Groovy Thread, Paon, and Pistis.

Afua Asantewaa

One of the celebrities whose outfit has been described as the worst is Afua Asantewaa. She wore a black laced corseted gown with a long train. However, some Ghanaians have branded her outfit as one of the worst.

The content creator wore an all-red outfit; a top, a pair of trousers, and a red floral overcoat to compliment his his look. He further wore it on his head a frontal to match his outfit. But it seems Ghanaians we not pleased with his outfit.

3. King Promise

The afrobeat artist King Promise was also seen on the red carpet with an outfit made of jeans. The out had a blazer and head cover like a durag also made with jeans covering his entire head.

4. Becca

Musician Becca was also seen in a long silver bodycon dress. The dress looked simple but it may appear that most Ghanaians were not satisfied.
