In a historic move blending culture and diplomacy, President John Dramani Mahama has appointed the celebrated actress as Ghana’s Ambassador to the Kingdom of Spain, marking a powerful chapter in her storied life that bridges artistry, activism, and statesmanship.

Kalsoume Sinare was born on April 27, 1967, in Accra, Ghana. She is the eldest of nine children and hails from a family with deep political and cultural roots.
