Ralph St Williams Sparks Debate After Physically Forcing Young Man Off Roadside Lawn At Airport Roundabout

A video making rounds online has put social advocate Ralph St Williams at the centre of a fresh debate 

This comes after a video surfaced, in which Ralph is seen at the Airport Roundabout in Accra, confronting a young pedestrian who had stepped off the designated walkway and onto the roadside lawn. 

After repeatedly urging the young man verbally to use the proper path, Ralph went a step further, physically forcing him back onto the correct route, while explaining that walking on the grass damages public property over time.
