She is a medical doctor, a social advocate, and the daughter of the Asantehene, and a brief moment caught on camera at the Women of Valour conference in London has Ghana talking.

Ohemaa Afia Kobi Prempeh, daughter of Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, was spotted at the Women of Valour 2026 conference in London, where she was captured on video engaged in a lively conversation with a group of friends.

The moment the camera turned her way, she shyly covered her face and tried to avoid becoming the centre of attention. The clip has since gone viral, drawing warm reactions from Ghanaians who found her humility refreshing given her background.

Known privately as Caryn Agyemang Prempeh, she carries the name of her late paternal grandmother, the Queenmother of Asanteman, Ohemaa Afia Kobi. A trained medical practitioner, she furthered her studies at Queen Mary University in London, where she studied Global Public Health, and today works at LEKMA Hospital while continuing her advocacy work.

She is also the founder of the Cerviva Foundation, an initiative dedicated to raising awareness about cervical cancer.
