Ghanaian-born UK-based musician Reggie Zippy has issued a fiery and emotional warning to his former wife, Edith Ward, in a viral video that surfaced on social media on Wednesday, June 19, 2025.

The outburst, which has since generated widespread discussion online, shows Reggie on the verge of breaking down as he vents over unresolved personal tensions and past legal entanglements.

In the video, Reggie Zippy expresses deep frustration over what he describes as relentless emotional harassment, declaring that he is finally ready to take decisive legal action.

“Leave me alone. F**ing hell. And I’m telling you, those of you—everyone involved—I swear down, if ever… because it was two years ago that I wanted to walk to the police and I let it slide, but this year it’s not going to happen,”* he declared.

According to Reggie, his earlier attempt to report the matter in 2023 backfired, resulting in his own arrest on the day of his daughter’s baptism, an experience he still struggles to reconcile.

“Even when I took my case to the police, they still arrested me on my daughter’s f**ing baptism day. And I still got to live with it,”* he lamented.

The musician further disclosed that he was eventually compensated for the wrongful arrest and chose to spend a significant portion of that compensation on his former partner and their children.

“When the police compensated me, you and the kids were the first people that I paid money to out of my f**ing unlawful arrest payment. What more should I do?”* he questioned.

In a calmer tone at the end of the video, he confirms the date of the recording.

“What’s happening, guys? I hope you’re all doing great. This is Reggie here. What’s today’s date? Today’s the 19th of June, 2025.”

Reggie’s outburst follows months of simmering tension with his ex-wife and may be a prelude to a new legal battle.
