Stonebwoy is buzzing social media after sharing what many interpret as a subtle dig at fellow artiste Shatta Wale.
In a Facebook post on August 18, the BHIM Nation boss called on Sammy Flex—real name Samuel Atuobi Baah, who doubles as Shatta Wale’s manager—to help explain a cryptic message aimed at those constantly attacking him.
“Acknowledging insanity is the first step towards recovery, but this requires a residual degree of sanity to enable awareness. If this awareness is absent, a deeply regrettable conclusion is inevitable. #sammyBaah, please help us to explain this,” Stonebwoy wrote.
The post continued with a warning to those who use social media for insults.
“Some people may view using social media to spew disrespect as a form of entertainment, which helps them cope with their misery and find humour in it. Be reminded that it is totally UNACCEPTABLE in real life.”
Stonebwoy further defended his career resilience, stressing that attempts to discredit him over the years have not succeeded.
“I thought they should have understood by now that their shenanigans cannot bring down The Livingstone.
It has been more than 10 years of hate, envy, and delusion. Simply because a boy from Ashaiman is overcoming obstacles to shine the Torch.”
His post has since been interpreted by fans and industry watchers as a veiled response to Shatta Wale, who has been known for his frequent social media attacks directed at Stonebwoy.
