Henry Fitz is currently wanted by the police for sharing a video of Serwaa Amihere’s bedroom without her consent.
This comes after Serwaa Amihere filed a lawsuit regarding the incident. The police have charged Henry Fitz, along with Edem Saviour Ketti and Candylove Kwakyewaa Ababio, for conspiracy to commit a crime by sharing intimate images without consent.
They are also accused of attempting to extort GH¢20,000 from Serwaa Amihere and threatening to release the video on social media if she didn’t pay. Henry Fitz, also known as Henry Amponsah, is currently on the run.
The accused individuals are facing charges of conspiracy to share intimate images, non-consensual sharing of intimate images, and sexual extortion.
According to the facts presented in the charge sheet, on December 3, 2023, Serwaa Amihere’s makeup artist informed her about someone demanding GH¢5,000 to prevent the release of intimate pictures.

Another individual called on April 2, 2024, demanding GH¢20,000 within a minute, threatening to share nude videos of Serwaa Amihere if the payment wasn’t made.
Despite paying a ransom of GH¢25,000, the pictures and videos were still shared on social media. Serwaa Amihere filed a complaint on April 3, 2024, leading to the arrest of Edem Saviour Ketti.
“During investigations, Ketti admitted to having used his Ghana Card to register the said MTN mobile money account number 0558247205, and gave same to Candylove which she subsequently gave the number to Fitz and since he has been using the said number till date.
“Efforts are underway to apprehend Fitz to face the law,” it added.
