50 Cent recently shared a fresh tweet demonstrating his readiness to pursue legal action to win full custody of his son with baby mama Daphne Joy after the latter was mentioned in a lawsuit brought against Diddy.
In a tweet that was seen by Tru News Report, the rapper himself posted a screenshot of the story about this case and stated that he planned to face his ex-girlfriend in court.
This news comes amid rumours that Joy was involved in a sexual misconduct case that music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones brought against Diddy earlier this year.
Jones claimed that the music tycoon had been involved in human trafficking with several women, Joy being one of the ‘sex escorts’ oof the mogul.
50 Cent, on the other hand, previously indicated he was unaware of his ex’s involvement with Diddy, taking to Instagram and writing, “I didn’t know you was a sex worker, 👀 you little sex worker. LOL 😆Yo this s—t is a movie.”
“Yesterday, there was a gross overuse of military-level force as search warrants were executed at Mr. Combs’ residences. There is no excuse for the excessive show of force and hostility exhibited by authorities or the way his children and employees were treated,’ Dyer said, painting a picture of yesterday’s events.
“Mr. Combs was never detained but spoke to and cooperated with authorities,’ he added, referencing Combs seen speaking with customs at an airport minutes from his Miami Beach pad, Monday evening, though was not arrested.
“Despite media speculation, neither Mr. Combs nor any of his family members have been arrested nor has their ability to travel been restricted in any way.”
He continued: “This unprecedented ambush — paired with an advanced, coordinated media presence — leads to a premature rush to judgment of Mr. Combs and is nothing more than a witch hunt based on meritless accusations made in civil lawsuits.”
“There has been no finding of criminal or civil liability with any of these allegations. Mr. Combs is innocent and will continue to fight every single day to clear his name.”
